I am writing this letter, because of the advertisement which saw in television last week. From your advertisement, I knew that you need someone to show visitors around the city, which I really keen on.Moreover, I still a student so that I need a job to pay my courses fee, which is the main reasons I want to get this jobs.

Currently, I have been living in this city since I was a kid, so that I have the advantage to show the visitors the specialty of this city. Furthermore, I able to show ours view of the city to visitors in English.

In additionally, I have more than 1 years experience as non-salary tour guide in Ho Chi Minh City which has improved my abilities to work with many people from all regions and backgrounds. With all these behinds, I strongly believe that I would make a fantastic candidate who would fulfill your job requirement.

The writer has mostly problems with writing sentences in English. He often loses track of who is speaking and neglects to mention that for clarity purposes. Additionally, the writer does not carry a professional tone in this letter even though it is meant to be presented to a government agency (tourism office).

Information presentation is lacking in proper referencing. The most important information should come first, such as the fact that the writer is a non-paid tour guide and that he speaks proficient English. However, the English proficiency claim will be questioned due to the grammatical errors that abound in this letter.

I am not sure about what other information should be present in this letter. Somehow, the letter does not come across as completely informative. Perhaps the writer forgot to double check the writing instructions and information requirements before considering the letter to be in its final form ?
