"The best way to have a good idea is to have a lot of ideas" Dr. Linus said, who won the Nobel prize twice in Chemistry and Peace. These words translate that the flexibility is an essential skill when it comes to leadership. Thither is a point in my life I possessed the ability to become a drawing card and create influence to affect the others.

At the age of sixteen, I played football in Eltahrir football clubs, the place where learned me how to be a leader. The coach selected me to be the skipper of my team as his confident toward me to afford responsibilities inside and outside the playground. Accordingly, I accomplished the second position in the Football League Youth in as much my crucial decisions.

Subsequently, I have joined the faculty of science, I decided to launch a student group that called "Light of Life". Under my supervision, I designed with my peers a website which assists and supports the scholarly people to enable them easy access to their lectures at any time. Moreover, I organised many group discussions and training for students in the central lab of the university to elevate their level and qualify for the job marketplace.

As you grow, your dreams grow with you. After I graduated from the faculty of science and as a life in the poorest villages in Upper Egypt, I have owned a duty toward my community that suffers from the deficiency in both the resources and infrastructure. So I decided with cooperating my friends to construct up a charity which called "Harazat charity for human development". I have worked as a secretary due to my communication skill and I Succeeded in making a large batch of charity aid. After that, I have gained a land to be the essence of charity which comprise a medical centre, library, nursery school and training centre to help unemployed young people to take on new professions and I am even working until now to complete the charity building.

In a current time, As an Environmental researcher in Wadi Elgemal protected area in the Eastern desert of Egypt that consider a hard place to live on it and this place is teaching me to be strong, Quick-witted and dealing wisely, so all these adjectives affected me and pour in my leadership. In my work time, I possess a responsibility to lead the environmental guards and the other workers to tighten control of the protected area. Besides, I am one of the research team to synthesis solar cell based on nanotechnology, I am responsible for preparing the Nanomaterials.

To sum up, the leader creates opportunity to change his country, inspires a cohort toward the same achievements to a fuller spirit. My studying in the UK will confer me more traits that could assist me to reinforce myself and I am positive that I have a characteristic of future leadership.

(what type of information should be included, make sure that you have chosen a real leadership and influencing activity that, whenever possible, is related to your profession. Don't try to pass off a team effort as a leadership ability. The reviewer will see right through that. Make sure that your influencing ability is also properly represented in the essay. Just like your leadership skill, it would be best if it were on a professional scale because the reviewer would like to see your work in action. While civic activities are acceptable as examples of influencing abilities, you need to make sure that these are not activities done before you attended or graduated from college. Try to stay away from academic examples as much as possible because the time elapsed between that academic activity and your professional participation will be too large. Nullifying the validity of your declarations. If you were too young in the academic examples, don't use it.)

Once, I received a notification its content that the foreigners have tried to trespass the protected area and excavated for the gold extraction which effects on the surrounding and wildlife. So I decided to imperil with the Environmental guard and shoved off to the region. I was able to stop them and demonstrate that they are in the protected arena and not appropriated to make out these works here. Later, I should call the police who arrested them and The press wrote about our valor to preserving the environment from the vandals.
