A little background about me, I'm applying for Master of International Relations with a focus on Covid recovery and national security border to prevent other pandemics. I'm currently working at the U.S. Mission in my country. Here's my essay:

The U.S Mission in (my country) consists of many sections and offices, including USAID that has been helping (my country) during the pandemic. The recruitment process for the Specialist staff always prioritises internal candidates. I believe by getting a master degree, I will have the skills and knowledge to be a Specialist at USAID, and I will have the opportunity to influence the diplomacy and relations between the U.S and (my country) particularly to aid (my country)' recovery from the pandemic.
