My educational goal is to major in the criminal justice field. Achieving this goal will help me further my career and make a better life for myself and my family. I will be the first one in my family to attend college. The reason I want to become a police officer is to protect my community and my country.

So far i have this but i need more.

You need raw material that you can turn into original ideas about law enforcement; do some web research.

If you just say you want to protect the community, you sound like you're still thinking like a kid. If you want to sound more adult you have to read some articles and gather some opinions. Where do you see yourself in five years?
