My first traits of leadership emerged from the beginning of my studies at school , where I was interested in teaching my colleagues and explaining a lot of information that seemed complicated to them. I wanted to guide them for success . I wanted to improve their level and become successful people.

As soon as I entered the university I became deeply involved in the idea of establishing an educational initiative within my specialization in the university. I worked with a number of my colleagues to create a group of educational videos , in addition to creating a page on Facebook to publish many medical publications . In my last years of university , I created educational electronic initiatives to discuss and exchange information before exams . I still have the desire to make a difference in my society and to move my society towards science and develop themselves and make the progress and success that we hope.

This could be considered more of an outline than an actual draft. Please revise your draft to be better suitable for the Chevening program by focusing more on presenting more of a profession based leadership and influencing essay. Use a more professional tone if possible because this current tone is too collegiate to be considered the work of a potential masters level writing student.
