I am really passionate about my work. I work in SUCAMEC the National Superintendence of Control of Security Services, Arms, Ammunition and Explosives of Civil Use. I think an evidence that is posible to attain a position of influence in my field of expertise was when in the beginnings of this year I received the mission of elaborate directives about explosives of civil use, pyrotechnical products and related materials.

Among the things that I had to do for accomplish this goal were:
I did a work plan about all the activities related to the objectives, a timeline for completion and the responsibles. Then I had to organize the team according with programmed activities, monitoring this plan every day, have many meetings where I had an open communication for discuss, positive attitudes and provide support and encouragement to resolve any conflicts. Also it is important the commitment with the objectives, persistence, determination in the pursuit of the goals, a strong desire for things end in results and motivation for the continuous improvement.

I´m aware of my role and the impact in other people that generate these directives. These are very important for the society because it describe mandatory requirements that a person must follow in order to market certain products and the impact generated in different kind of industries where safety is always our main priority.

Your goals would be better received if you could share them as part of an actual, implemented project. Presenting it in such a manner will allow you to better discuss the development of your leadership and influencing style. Not only that, but the essay will become full length in presentation, with more informative data for consideration included. This summary form of presentation doesn't really offer much in terms of introducing you to the reviewer so, if I were you, I would reconsider the overall format when I go in to start the revisions.
