Describe a situation that demonstrates your ability to develop new relationships that have been important for your work or study

My interest in the organization led me to join Student Council (BEM) in 2019. I joined by bringing a social spirit and participating in university development. On the other hand, I had a lot to learn when I decided to join this organization. One of them is adaptation and developing professional co-worker relationships within the organization. I have to develop myself to immediately expand communication to all elements of this organization to facilitate my work in running a social community.

The statement requires you to describe the situation as it applies to the development of your relationship with co-workers, in this cSe, the student council members, who may or may not agree with you. Change the response. Define the problem as it applies to the situation and the method by which you developed your relationship with the workforce or student team. Choose an impressive problem situation wherein a clear opposition to your stance was in existence. Then explain how you won over the people that you needed to be on your side to approve your movements or decision. I do not believe that your representation of the student council will be enough to impress the reviewer in this case. From what I have read, there was nothing accomplished on your end in relation to the writing instruction. There is definitely no situation involved in it.
