The important characteristic that I will need for success in my career is creativity which is exactly I intend to evolve while studying in Sweden, along with other in-demand skills such as how combining theory and practice, and how to navigate complex situations where there's no easy solution these techniques are well vexed with the courses that Swedish universities offer.
