Pramod, thanks for starting this thread! I bet it will be helpful to a lot of people. I changed the title so that it would be clearer.

Here is my contribution:
When you want to write with excellent "structure," the most important thing to pay attention to is the PARAGRAPH TOPIC SENTENCE. Google around about it. If the first sentence of the paragraph expresses the main idea of the paragraph, it will be so clear and easy for the reader to understand.

That means every paragraph is about one idea. An essay with 3 body paragraphs has about 3 ideas. Yet, all 3 ideas add up to the main idea of the whole essay.
