I am intersted in Lafyette because I know it is an entirely different world then Prince Georges County MD. Its diverse campus offers a chance to surrond myself with people nothing like myself and with 74% out of state students I know I wont be the only one in a new world. Also Lafayette's renowned Liberal Arts program would assist me in honing my writing skills. Most importantly Lafayette's academic outreach service and low student-faculty ratio means I'll easyly have access to help when needed.

just get in more detail about the specific programs, and combine some sentences. the ideas are good, but you need to get this edited by an english teacher.

please dont mind...although the intention of the college is to see whether u and the college are compatible but it sounds as if ur trying too hard to fit in...you're the one who's choosing the college because it fits ur bill.the college wants to know about u. i wrote one for skidmore college...maybe u cud check it out and criticise my one for me.

I say write a new last sentence. Don't mention the ratio, because it sounds like you are just writing what you see on their website. Imagine what specific role you might play in the field you will probably master... write like an aspiring expert, someone with a clear plan. Give details.
