Hello guys! I'm new to this, Please take a look at my UofChicago essay for the first writing supplement. Let me know what I must do to make it more appealing and winning essay! :)
Prompt: How does the University of Chicago, as you know it now, satisfy your desire for a particular kind of learning, community, and future? Please address with some specificity your own wishes and how they relate to UChicago.

I love economics. Terms like scarcity, elasticity, productivity, and utility turn me on. Some of the things which I value highly are the abilities to question, communicate, problem solve and being able to think creatively and critically. For these reasons I realized, in my AP Microeconomics course last year, that economics is perfect for me to study. In addition, learning about these concepts fosters an intellect to think far more analytically not just in economics but beyond it as well. A renowned economics program and the strong underlying liberal arts approach to education by the University of Chicago is all I could ever ask for. But there is even more that compels me.
University of Chicago's "Careers In" programs are fascinating. Particularly Careers in Entrepreneurship and Careers in Business. There is no other college quite like the University of Chicago which couples a liberal arts education and encourages students to delve into their career interests, which in my case is the business world.
University of Chicago's economics program and its career advancement will set me on the path to my ultimate goal, an MBA. An MBA is the ultimate goal because an academic perspective on business will immensely aid my entrepreneurial endeavors for which my intellect is too juvenile at the moment.
----------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------
try not to think about the "entrepreneurial endeavors" too much, I go into a lot more in my final essay!
Thanks in advance.
