Study plan for study permit for software engineering; comprehensive and competitive education system

Hello everyone, this is my my study plan for a study permit in Canada for software engineering please help check it to see if it's correct

I have chosen Canada because of its comprehensive and competitive education system. Canadian universities offer advanced technological facilities and it is also a multicultural country. I have chosen the program of software engineering because I am obsessed with technology and computers. My interest in computer software started when I attended a vocational school for computer learning when I was 12 years and till this day my passion for it has dive deeper into the world of technology. When I choose this field, my family also welcomed the idea that I should find a career in this field. My educational goal is to get a degree in software engineering from a reputable university in Canada. I want to acquire knowledge and skills to build a foundation for my career which is to be a Cyber security specialist. As for my financial support , my parents will be paying for my tuition fees and my living expenses for me while I study in Canada.

I can't get this program in liberia . In my country the quality of education is poor and corrupt, they don't offer the same program/course that is suitable for my learning style. However, Canada is one of the best place to get high standard - quality education and the cost is also affordable when compared to other countries. Based on my research , graduates from Canada are more likely to get a better job than those in liberia. After the completion of my studies, I will return to liberia and with my study experience it will benefit my future career here in liberia ,which is aid in the development of technology securities which is low in my country.

I would like to go to a Canadian university to get a degree and come back to my country to make it a better place.

The study plan you present lacks a study focus based an research purposes in relation to career planning and international relations. I don't really sense a need for you to get the masters in Canada. There is no real justification for your interest to move across the seas to earn this degree. No, . your country's universities not offeringthe course will not be considered a valid and compelling reason. There needs to be a sense of imperative need and usefulness on both sides for your ultimate study and research goal. This includes an indication of future career potential upon your return. Right now you sound less like a serious professional and more like a teenager explaining your interest in computers. This is not the kind of professional . study plan the visa officer would expect to read. simply put, this presentation will result in a visa rejection rather than approval.
