It depends on your major. if you are a businessman or an engeineer or a manager studying economics is realy helpful. Knowing about investment, exchange rates, profits help you plan your work better. In economic recesseion, in the majority of work, problems appear. the successful men are someone who can guess the futur better and understanding economics is essential for them.
