Relationship in workplace (Writing task II)
The presented pie charts give information about the comparison of relationship between workers and their supervisor, and workers among their colleagues from 2005 to 2009. It is clarly seen that the most of the employees feel the exellent relationship with their co-workers than their career leader over four years.
Between 2005 and 2009, employees who stated had a very good relation with their fellow workers increased from 63% to 70 %. Good relationship that was felt by them decresed 3 % from it's percentage in 2005. Next, fair connection showed 7 % in 2005, but it declined to 3 % in 2009. The workers who had no colleagues rose 1 % and who associated poorly with their work partners was not found in 2009.
On the other hand, the relation between workers and their supervisor showed an absolutely great relation was 61 % in 2005 and it had risen 4 % by 2009. Good relation that was experienced by only 26 % of employees in 2005, and it dipped to 22 % in 2009. Then, fair connection with the executive had decreased 2 % by the end of 2009, and poor relationship was remain unchanged. The last, the workers who did not have supervisor jumped from 1 % to 4 % over four years.
