In the following step, the sugar cane is cleaned and then crushed into industrial juicer, subsequently the juice will be purified by limestone filter. Then, the clean juice is put in a big pot to become syrup which calls evaporator. The centrifuge will be separates sugar crystals from syrup. The last step is drying and cooling, the processed sugar was born.
