The chart provides the information about the economical input of three national sectors in UK: Agriculture, Manufacturing, Business and Financial in between 1900 and 2000.We can see from the data that Agriculture field was predominant at the beginning of the twentieth century and made up its large proportion in 1950 (around 52%). However since then this minority tend to weakening rapidly and it was minimal in 2000 (only 2%). For the Business and Financial service the pattern was reversed. The power of this sector rose steadily and the rate had doubled every 25 years since 1950. The Manufacturing was nearly as powerful as Agriculture in 1900 (45%), however since then the input of this field fall dramatically from 45% to 15% in 2000.In general, although Business and Finantial sector was the most powerless at the beginning of twentieth century, it became the most powerless field by the end of the era. Conversely, Agriculture and Manufacture tend to lose their majority each year, but manufacture still had a significant presence in UK economy in 2000.
