[TOEFL] What makes a good neighbor? - Optimistic people

Neighbors are the people who live near us. In your opinion, what are the qualities of a good neighbor? Use specific details and examples in your answer.

Neighborhood is the nearest relationship between people. Whether you accept or not, neighbors are the people who may know, observe and help you. Since that, we would like to choose neighbors who have specific characteristics, as m, optimistic attitude, politeness and justice are the good qualities of a good neighbor.

Optimistic people are my most prefer neighbors. If there were bad news occur in my life, positive neighbors would encourage me and accompany me to conquer the hard situation. Another important aspect of being a good neighbor is to be polite. The foundation of a relationship is polite interaction. If we are rude neighbors, we might have high potential to argue or fight with each other. Many arguments were origin from rude conversation, so that I would like to be neighbor with polite people. Moreover, good neighbors are justice. They pay attention to community's condition. If people see someone put trash at public place, then they should stop it. If they notice illegal action, they should call the police to help. We can have safer and better living environment if justice neighbors take these actions.
