The table below gives information about the underground railway systems in six cities.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The diagram shows information about the underground railway system in six cities. Overall, it can be seen that Paris and Tokyo have the highest number of passengers among other cities and London underground railway has reach the longest distance among other cities.

With regard to the distance that underground railway of 6 cities could reach, London underground railway which was built in 1863 reached the longest distance at 394 kilometres of route.

Peace be with you.

some suggestions for your writing:

The diagramtable shows information about the underground railway system in six cities (The most important thing : you must paraphrase the essay topic. do not copy from the question!!) . Overall, it can be seen that Paris and Tokyo have(pay attention with your tenses) the highest number of passengers among other cities, (use comma here because there are two clause) and London underground railway has reach the longest distance among other cities.

With regard to the distance that underground railway of 6 cities could reach, London underground railway which was built in 1863 reached the longest distance at 394 kilometres of route. While Paris', Tokyo's, and Washington DC's underground railway which were built in 20th century, in 1900, in 1927, and 1976,(you should avoid listing!!) respectively, stood(i think, there is not a period of time for each country, thus you should not use "stood at" as it means there will be a change) at a reach at under 200 kilometres of route, Kyoto and Los Angeles underground railway's distance was 11 and 28 kilometres of route, respectively.

Turning to the number of passengers of underground railway in six different urban areas, Tokyo and Paris had the biggest number of passengers, it was between 1000 to 2000 million passengers per year. On the other hand, other 4 cities underground railway only have under 800 passengers per year. London's railway has 775 passengers per year, while Washington DC's, Kyoto's, and Los Angeles's underground railway only have under 150 passengers per year. (pay attention with your tenses and avoid listing!)

thanks
