The diagram illustrates the process of producing concrete cement-making and the process of use of cement for building purposes. There are a total seven stages in cement production and main two stages in concrete production, beginning with limestone and clay are crushed and culminating in concrete mixer.
To begin, limestone and clay are crushed together by crusher. Then, powder is put in mixer. Next, powder is heated by rotating heater. Following this, powder is turned into cement by used gender. In the end of the this process cement is put in bags to make it easy to carry.
In concrete production stage, four elements are used. %15 cement, %10 water, %25 sand and %50 gravel are put in concrete mixer and they are mixed same time. Finally, they create concrete to use for building purposes.
