I am writing reflective journal, any one can commnet an correct grammar for me please

To Whom It May Concern
It is an immense pleasure to recommend this group member. Even, it is only a few months of working together; he has contributed a great contribution in the group work. He has variety of talents; he has intelligence, ability to be self-starter, high level of commitment and leadership.

He has rich in literature. This qualification assists the group to analyse problems and apply knowledge in class room setting. To be more specific, he came up with the concept of power for personation and provided variety sources of literature to back up. Furthermore, his creativity and high energy level and flexibility lead to ability to work any time. He never refused to work outside class time and even weekend.

However, surprisingly due to high level of creativity and imagination combined with flexibility leads to act out of the direction of the lecturers sometimes without informing. For instance: during simulation game, he acted as separatist movement which is not out of setting up by lecturers at the beginning.

I highly recommend that he is right people to work and learn from. If you have any further questions with regard to his background or qualifications, please do not hesitate to contact me.
