Carbohydrate is one of the most vital nutrition, according on Richard explanation, there are literally main classifications of carbohydrate which is depend on the number of simple molecule bond together to form complex carbohydrate. Theoretically, carbohydrate is classified by two categories simple and complex sugar. Firstly, simple sugar it is consisted of one molecule (Glucose, fructose, and sucrose). One molecule bonds together will form "disaccharide" (Lactose, sucrose, maltose). The second classification is complex carbohydrate, it can be formed by three to ten single molecules of sugar, they link together become oligosaccharide, meanwhile "polysaccharide" can be formed by consisting more than ten molecules of sugar. In cell, during digestion process these polysaccharides will split by Enzyme into simple molecules to produce energy. There are principally two kinds of polysaccharide namely Starch and Fiber. Even though they has consisted by same monosaccharide molecules but they are different. Starch which the monosaccharide molecules are bond by α-Bond and Fiber connected by β-bond. They both has typical character. The α-Bond is easy to break, meanwhile fiber are difficult to disparate. The easier to break, the faster glucose is released, instantly sugar density will be high in our blood stream it is called glychemic index. The degree of glucose will be regulated by Insulin hormone which can play main role to coordinate the glucose in our body. It simply has sensitivity regarding on calculation the glucose inside body. In one circumstances insulin can briskly detects the glucose but another case it can very low. In blood stream when the glucose density is very high it can be harmful because it will block the vessel and blood flow that will be triggered "Metabolism syndrome" for instance that stimulate the degenerative disease such as heart attack and stroke.
