The information below describes certain school's expenditure allocation in 1981, 1991 and 2001 years.

Major contribution to yearly spendings are attributed to teachers' salary at 40% in 1981 year, hitting its pick at 50% in 1991 year and littles slow down up to 45% in 2001 year. Other worker's salary expences are decreasing every decade from 28% in 1981 year to 15% in 2001 year. While such types of expenses as Resources, Furniture and Equipment share around 30% each representative year. And almost immaterial percetage of expenses are attributed to Insurance at 2% to 8% through the whole period.

There is a positive correlation between two categories of expenses. To illustrate, in 1981 year Resources stands for 15% and Teacher's salary for 40%, in 1991 year- 20% and 50% respectively, and in 2001 year 9% and 45% respectively as well. Another thing to mention, is that in 2001, Furniture and equipment expenses at 23% exceeded both Resourses and Other Worker's salary alltogether. While in 1991 it shared only 5% of all annual expences.

Where is the graph? You should have uploaded the graph using the Attach file feature because it helps us provide you with more relevant comments. :)

.... you do not talk anything about the the type of graphs. The focus should be on the what is represented by the graphs.

This sentence made me confused in term of its grammar. May you try to illustrate the line graph.
Divide this sentence into 2 sentences. It's easy for you to express your ideas.
