Our behavior, eating meat, has caused many problems. Eating hamburger routinely a day can escalate our risk of dying by a third. More than 10 billion animals is slaughtered by our each year for meat; try imagine if they are our pets, such as our lovely dogs and cats. Meat, unbelievably, release more emissions than all of conveyance mode: planes, boats, trains, buses, cars, all of it. And production of beef need 100 times water that most vegetables do. The red and processed meats are the vast culprits in issues of environmental damage and health. Graham Hill, the founder of TreeHugger and LifeEdited, invites us to do a weekday vegetarian to reduce these problems. We only do not eat meat on weekdays, Monday through Friday, then on weekend, it is your choice. In any case, cutting five days a week can reduce two-thirds of your meat intake. If this is done, we are confident that we are lessening waste, we feel more preferable about animals, we cut back on spending. Best of all, we become healthier and live longer.
