Every manager goal is to select the best personnel. What kind of stuff they must choose it depends on the specifics of the job. If some kind of job needs experienced employees, the other job requirement is more young and energetic employees. However, older employees are more experienced, from my point of view young people have ability to perform the job well, because they are more motivated, purposeful, active and have a sense of responsibility.

After all, old employees must give their experience and knowledge to young employees. In my opinion, we must get chance give them a chance to realize their ideas and views (I think objectives would go better here). Companies must use their activity (doesn't make sense.
