Here are my activities: (none are from the last two years except for volunteering
handball(4 yrs),music(7yrs),handicraft(4yrs),basketball(1year),swimming course, volunteering (1 event), Art(5yrs)

Should i list all in the first and expand in the following questions?

I think that you should give small details on your general experience in the arts and then elaborate on the activity that is most important to you and why. Be sure not to get to crazy with the length because you don't want to lose the attention of the reader.

Put the most emphasis on the one that was most important to you.

The thing to do is look at what you have done, look at what you have been reading, look at what you are planning.

Come up with a theme that is ALL YOURS. Do you know what I mean? What is the word or phrase that really captures what you are all about?

You should explain your activities in a way that shows what you are all about. Make an impression.

Well, this is about your personal story particularly related to any extra curriculum activities you have engaged in during your high school that has a meaning and impact on you.
