Need help on refining a thesis on Vincent Lam's Bloodletting and Miraculous Cures

Thesis:
Two indisposed doctors ignore negative repercussions of traumatic memories in Bloodletting and Miraculous Cures, reminding us that not even doctors are exempt from the destructiveness of repressed emotions.

Arguments:
Traumatic experiences shape character personality.

Doctors are not exempt from common problems faced by any other human.

i try to write an essay introduction about the advantage of living in the countryside:
people usually think that the city is the best place to live .there are so many facilitis such as the hospital, high education, and the supermarkets. however, there also have the negative effects like traffic jam, the criminals and the poor pollution. why do people in rural area move to the city even if the urban residents would like to live in the countryside? people decide to leave the city because of the tranquillity, security and good environment.
