Being "The Outsider" in today's society! Concept in literature

Hello guys, I have to write an essay. I chose to write about the concept of "the outsider" in literature. However, I can't quite think of a thesis that will bring my reader in. I know what I want to say but I do not know how to say it. It's for an argumentative paper.

Please help me come up with some ideas on a thesis as well as some main points that I can discuss throughout my paper.
I have to provide research as well.

what those people do in front of a bad circumstance
bad things about this
how people should change it
.
A paragraph for an idea so it can be clear for your readers to read it and easier to understand.
