Hi Guys,
Below is my essay for short term goals, long terms goals and why this MBA. Please review and let me know your thoughts on the same. I'm planning to send it out in the next couple of days. Any feedback will be appreciated. Thanks!

I envision myself as a change-maker in the continuously evolving healthcare industry, steering my organization on a path of sustainability and profitability while creating intellectual leadership and bringing innovative thinking to the company.
Currently, I am an external consultant designing strategies to optimize operations and sales effort of pharmaceutical companies. From here, I want to become an internal strategist and lead the change I have recommended so far. With a strong general management MBA from AAA, I will acquire specific functional and managerial knowledge and develop a sound business instinct necessary to transition into my desired career path.
As a first step, immediately after my MBA, I would be a strategic planner in a fast-growing pharmaceutical company where I would work on implementing strategies spanning across sales and marketing operations, competitive intelligence and market analysis. Here, my knowledge of customer segmentation, sales force effectiveness and promotional response, coupled with my experience of interning with a leading pharmaceutical organization in its corporate strategy team would make me more efficient and effective.
Five years in such a role would gear me for a broader leadership role in the organization, allowing me to gain a cross-functional view of the healthcare industry. My prior involvement with AAA'S LEAD program and "Management Lab" course would provide a fresh perspective into collaborative team work whilst working on real-life business issues. Eventually, I would move into a role that allows me to design and implement business plans encompassing organic/inorganic expansion, financial sustainability and societal harmony.
My background forms a firm foundation for my goals. While pursuing XXX engineering from YYY, I excelled as a collaborative leader, leading a zz-member team in national-level motorsports competition and managing zz student affiliates during another one commissioned from my gold-medal-winning undergraduate project whilst being a merit scholarship holder throughout.
At Company1, being rated as one of the most promising analysts corroborates my abilities to comprehend and analyze complex problems. As a Project Manager at Company2, I have collaborated with Brand Directors of pharmaceutical companies to deliver sales and marketing strategy recommendations. Whilst managing multiple projects, mentoring associates, engaging clients and reducing deliverables' turn-around time by more than zz%, I have earned the title of "Superman" from my clients. Being consistently awarded highest appraisal ratings and getting promoted much earlier than usual, I have strived to leave my mark.
AAA stands out for me because it offers complete flexibility in tailoring my MBA experience as per my career aspirations. Being a part of the classes on "The Strategy Symposium" and "Building Innovation Strategy and Capability", interacting with Nobel laureates and gaining industry exposure through the Healthcare Group intrigues me.
I am compelled by the vibrancy and passion in AAA's community that I experienced during my school visit this summer. My interactions with the Assistant Director (Admissions), ZZZ and a few PhD students who were present on campus that day had been extremely pleasing, and have strengthened my determination of becoming a part of AAA.
