A leader is one who is capable to do the following: creates an inspiring vision of the future, motivates and inspire people to engage with that vision.Leaders are defined, leaders are distinguished with great values and characters,leaders are made. I have been equiped on leadership skills as one of the skills to empower youths and for that purpose i have all adequate potential skills, professional experience and leadership potentials to lead and influence people in my country.

As a current member of Enugu youth development centre Enugu Nigeria, i have organised conference in different states within the country with other team leaders to empower youths with potentials relating to leadership skills, productive skills, social entrepreneurship skills, digital skills and agricultural skills in order to achieve sustainable development goals in my country.

I have undergone leadership skill training and also digital skill training which have added to my potentials and aslo gave me the ability to conduct several online conference on matters relating to problem of Nigeria which involves corruption, market challenges affecting Nigeria development, and human development challenges and possible strategies to resolve them. Through this digital skills i believe that internet is the fastest way to pass this information to our leaders thereby contributing to economic reformation.

In summary, the inspiring vision i heard for my country and how i motivates and inspire people to engage with that vision as a leader Who has undergone leadership skills trainings and series of research brought about the discovering of Challenges involving developments and invention of standard methodologies towards solving this economic challenges.

Chevening is looking for individuals with strong networking skills, who will engage with the Chevening community and influence and lead others in their chosen profession. Networking involves building and maintaining contacts and relationships with other people. Global changes both in business, Education, technology etc has given need to develop good networking skills for effective interaction and productivity.I have studied and worked over the years years as a citizen of Nigeria which has helped me develop strong social and professional networking skills. Below are some examples of my networking abilities.

I studied in Enugu State University of science and technology and i have participated in different social and religious clubs like Nsukka student associations, catholic student fellowships etc with this i have engaged, developed and maintain strong relationships with hundreds of fellows from different local governments.

As an origin of Enugu state Nigeria,i have been a member of Enugu youth development centre sponsored by special adviser to the governor on youth affairs which our major aims was to empower youths on leadership skills, productive skills, Agricultural skills, and social entrepreneurship skills,this helped to add to my networking skills and with the help of this plate form i have travelled over 18 states within the country to empower youths and this helped me to establish close relationship with hundreds and thousands of youths within the country.

In university, i was a member of ASA (Architectural Students Association). As a member of this association,i have travelled on various excussions but locally and international. This helped me alot to meert other architectural students, and professionals, learn more on other architectural styles and traditional architecture.

After my graduation in the university, i joined the Eminent Architects. An organization which involves departmental architectural fellows, with the help of this organization i still maintain relationships with my other fellow departmental Architectural colleagues.

In November 2015, i was employed as a project manager in Architectural firm named Fame konsult. As a project manager i was able to develop more on my abilities to work under pressure, creat new ideas and mostly work effectively in a team.

In summary, with the above mentioned network abilities which i have engaged and developed,with the help of organizing training i can be able to empower and influence other professionals in chevening community on leadership skills, social entrepreneurship skills, productive skills, Agricultural skills and even empower them more on values and characters and how they can approach and relate with people according to their temperaments

As a degree holder of bachelor of science of Architecture in Enugu State University of science and technology Enugu state. According to Architect Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON), Architecture means the art,science, in theory and in practise of design, erection, commissioning, maintenance and management, and co-ordination of all other alightening input, there to a building and the layout and master plan of such building or group of buildings forming a comprehensive institution or neighbourhood as well as any other organised space enclosed or open required for human and other activities.

As an architect in practise who have undergone years of training and who bears the responsibilities to achieve maximum efficiency and purpose of architecture, is well known that the chosen three university courses which involves:

1-Sustainable environmental design,
2-Environmental change and management and
3-Environmental engineering etc.
Will enlarge my scope of study and research, my knowledge and professional experience and with this i can be able to achieve efficiency and purpose of architecture through: solving environmental problems such as all kinds of pollution from environment affecting spaces; improving in my communication skills to prevent misinterpretation of designs, symbols and ideals between the architects and other professionals in building industry which may lead to wrong construction and result to Collapsing of building; producing functional building design in respect to the function of the building; producing building designs in relationships with the environment and climate condition of a particular geographical area; producing building designs based on workability and stability of the structure.

Sustainable environmental design is the art and science , in theory and in practise which involves developing resources-efficient in physical landscape of environment wich is also one of the principle efficiency of architecture.

Architecture involves design and construction of building within an environment which possibly undergoes changes. Environmental change and management helps to examine the causes and impacts of this changes and how these changes operates and interacts on global, regional and local scales, critical social and ecological systems.

Building constructions in environments are naturally exposed to environmental problems due to development in technology, global warming etc. Environmental engineering uses the principle of engineering, soil science, biology and chemistry to develop solutions to these problems.

In summary, with the help of chevening scholarship to study any of the above courses i can be able to achieve my inspiring vision as an architect to creat impact in building industry and also environmental developments which will aid in achieving habitable and healthy environments for living.
