Writing Feedback / GRE;People are too quick to take action; issue based essay [NEW]

Issue:
"People are too quick to take action;instead they should stop to think of possible consequence of what they might do."

Essay:

The given issue states that people are take hasty decisions in their life without thinking of about the consequences of the decisions. It also states that people should all the possible outcome of their actions and than take the decisions. The decisions are to be taken in day to day life some are small are rather small decisions but some are very critical decisions which can have a huge impact in their future approach.

Jumping to any conclusion is an impulse. When you are subject to an impulse, you have a feeling of taking a decision without thinking about its results. It is likely to have unexpected outcomes. So,the benefits of thinking and proceeding are very large. Not only it involves the planing of decisions but also the future results are calculated and it turns out to be wisest thing possible.

The decisions should be taken after considering all the argument and the all the possible outcomes because in an argument there are three point of view one is yours other one is of his and the last one is truth. Some decisions are really crucial and once taken it cannot be reversed because the right time to take the decisions will not come again. The correct decisions could make your life wonderful but wrong decisions can be hazardous. For instance, once i read a article that some college friends went for a picnic on the river side and to have fun they decided to have bath in the river. When they entered the river,it suddenly got flooded. The students realized that they were in danger and could be carried away by a powerful stream.Their lives were saved by the local public and police. It can be seen that for having fun there small decisions was perilous .Instead, for satisfying their wish if they have decided of take the bath in swimming pool might not be dangerous.

But ,always a time consuming decisions are not remarkable sometimes it can turn out to be disastrous loss.Sometimes are to be taken in real time to ensure smooth functioning without any hinder. For example, the decisions taken by police at strike, some religious wars, people agitations, etc. are to be quick otherwise the outcomes are very dangerous.

Finally ,one can say that it is a general tendency of person to listen to heart. Thus, their actions are guided by heart and not by brain but this is not applicable to one and all. So, agree to issue that people should think about the reaction of their action which can go either way depending on the decision.

Writing Feedback / GRE ISSUE; TOURISM WILL BECOME OBSOLETE DUE TO TELEVISION & WORLDWIDE COMPUTER [2]

Topic
Because of Television and worldwide computer connections people can now became familiar with a great many place that they have never visited. As a result tourism will become obsolete.

Essay

Television and world wide computer connection is the greatest boon to users .Computer connects us to the world within no time and enable us to access different places,data,etc..So, we can have access to any of our favourite place which we wish to visit and can have all the information of the place.Television too, is another source for the access of idyllic places .They make us realize how actually the place is? And makes us realize that the place is very beautiful and the most important thing is that, access to all this places is achieved without spending colossal money.

But, the biggest impede to the author's view is that one can only visually enjoy the beauty of the place and just can imagine how the place would be in real? But,If they want to experience the thrill and excitement they just have physically explore those places. This will indirectly increase the tourism of country. If the people really wants to enjoy and experience the thrill of place they have to visit there rather than just visualizing the pre - recorded video. For instance: the thrill of diving in the water or the excitement of bungy jumping or the experience of hot atmosphere of the desserts or the cold temperature of the Alaska cannot be enjoyed and feel by just watching the video or images.Another major problem is the information available can be old and might not be updated or may also be the false data available regarding some places.

But, the use of computers and television will help the indigence people to explore the beautiful place which they would never be able to visit. The use of computers will not obsolete the tourism but will impetus the tourism as the prosperity of the place will spread across the world .So, more and more people will be aware of the scenic beauty of the place and would be eager to have a go and visit the place.

Therefore, from the discussion i would conclude that computer would not hinder or obsolete the tourism rather it would just boost this business as the visual information would just fill the people with lots of excitement and anxiousness to visit the place.

Writing Feedback / Healthy Lives for Plainsville residents - GRE [2]

Topic:
Previous experience has shown that our stores are most profitable in areas where residents are highly concerned with leading healthy lives. We should therefore build our next new store in Plainsville, which has many such residents. Plainsville merchants report that sales of running shoes and exercise clothing are at all-time highs. The local health club, which nearly closed five years ago due to lack of business, has more members than ever, and the weight training and aerobics classes are always full. We can even anticipate a new generation of customers: Plainsville's schoolchildren are required to participate in a 'fitness for life' program, which emphasizes the benefits of regular exercise at an early age."

Essay:
The perspetive of the vice president of Nature's way to expand the business by opening stores of food and other health related product in the area where the residents are highly concerned with health. The plan was made based on the previous experiences of their store where they earned profit in health concious area. However, on analysing the entire argument from all perspective one can identify the loop holes and flaws that make the argument weak. These flaws are the result of vague assumptions and fact that have been presented as as evidence in support of the claim in the argument.

In the memorandum the future plan were based on the profit earned by their stores in their previous experience was a rife. The future plans is just based on the assumption that the profit earned by the store that area will impact the profit of the store in the new area this assumption is totally rife .The area vin which their store earn the profit must not have any tough competitor in that area or if people in that area likes the snacks doesn't mean that the resident of the other area will also like the snacks. There is no interconnection of the residents of both the area. The taste and choice of people vary from people to people and from area to area.

Also, there is another assumption made to support the argument that the markets of shoe and exercise clothing has gone up.This assuption also does not support the argument because the sales must have gone up due to the demand to supply ratio which must be high .i.e. due to high high demand and poor supply the must have gone up.Another assumption they have made is that the local health clubs which were shut down due to lack of customer has again resurrected with high number of membership. This assumption can also be attacked by considering that is must have occult due to his poor service and due to change in the management the club has improved their service which led him the customers .The aerobic classes are full which can again due the more residents as compare to less classes. The anticipation they have made for fitness life program also cannot be supported because if the parents are not interested than there would not much participation in this program.

But, the assumption if true can increase the profits of the company with a big margin and if the companys products and food are good in quality it can attract new customers and the fact that everyone is a beginner sometime and slow and steady they can become the giants by their service.

On an whole the argument cannot be supported due number of loophole assumptions to support the argument and no concrete data or statistics are not available. So,the argument fails to appear acceptable due to lack of credible evidence.
