Nuclear power is considered to be the best energy resource which meet global growing energy needs, when it works safely. Last several years, energy consumption of the world has increased extremely, without atomic power station it is difficult to cover . However, we should handle the safety or security regulation technology, absolutely

According to scientific survey, an atomic power station reduces natural pollution. To produce energy as a traditional way we need burn fossils and natural gas. These have emitted enormous amount of carbon dioxide which cause the global warming and environmental contamination. The global warming is a priority problem to cope with. Because of global warming the natural world has been changed greatly. Therefore, eco-power station should be the first choice for the human being.

The traditional raw materials such as gas, petroleum and fossils are limited natural resource. For the covering energy demand we need limitless natural resources. A mining process without natural rehabilitation damage the nature, in case environment is degrading continuously. However, nuclear power is a small amount of uranium can provide tremendous amount of power.

The most important issue is a security control of nuclear power. As we know, in Japan, after great earthquake in 2011, Fukushima atomic power plant's nuclear leakage is still out of control. It requires high technology and effort to solve it. The radiation has very negative impact on nature and human health. It can damage human gene as well as DNA level.

In summarize, the world could not be met their energy consumption without atomic power plants whereas need tremendous control on security working which can cause the incurable diseases and radiation pollution in the environment.

All companies have a specific policy on hiring a new employee in order to select the best employees. Generally, all employer pay attention to both education and other qualifications as a job requirement. If proper education combined with other qualifications make the person more valuable. So single certificate or experience without proper education each has its positives and negatives.

The proof of the high education is a certificate or diploma. Therefore, as the first requirement , companies ask for specific degree or certification. But employer should not forget to check the university's rank or a diploma quality. For instance, some cases, people can earn a certificate to pay. For example, for the proper diagnosed, a doctor should have a deep academic knowledge about human anatomy and physiology at least. Having above knowledge, a person has graduated qualified institutes. But those documents are getting valuable when it is flourished by the experiences in the working environments.

On the other hand, the life experience or working experience has played a main role for getting a competitive job. However, the 'empty experience' which means the experience without qualified knowledge is less competitive. Therefore, in practice, an employer's second important requirement is an experience, commonly. It is impossible to evaluate their working experience during an interview. Therefore, employee has given the short period to evaluate their ability.

In conclusion, both academic knowledge and life or working experiences are necessary requirements for each employer to hire a valuable person. But company should consider on not only the education qualification but also evaluating working experiences in this required field.

Some people think that we can use as much fresh water as we want. Others think that fresh water supply should be controlled strictly by governments as the sources are limited. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

The water is limited vital natural resource for the humankind. Nowadays, throughout the world we face on scanty of clear fresh water based on chaotic utilization. Therefore it is needed the government regulation on the usage of clean safety water. Human being has right to use as much as fresh water as we want in other to survive. So both ideas are supported from my view of point.

The water is basic consumption for human's daily life. So the fresh safety water supplement should be accessible for each citizen of the country whereas each person has a duty to economize in the utilization due to natural limited vital resource. For example, each house prefers to set up a water flow counter to save money. It is required by the government too.

In deed some industries utilize water excessively. For example, mining, atomic plant and some chemical industries. They are not only use excessively but also contaminate soil and underground fresh water resource. Therefore government has to ensure the industry water utilization strictly more than house water usage for not only reason why limited resource but also national and human security.

Lastly, for the national and population security the government must have leading role to protect fresh water resources. For example through water could spread several communicable diseases as hepatitis virus A and cholera. Furthermore water and soil contamination by radiation and other pollutants could be brought critical long lasting condition in human life. The heavy metals affect human gene.

Summary, a human has right to use fresh water as they want whereas need to remember the water is limited natural resource and government has strict duty on utilization of water as much as safety and accessible.
