In today's competitive world, having years of experience or higher degree is not enough to avail lucrative jobs. As today, most of the companies are demanding employees that can be efficient co -worker in a team. An employee is required to be a potential team player as well as supportive co - worker. In my opinion, it is imperative to have a cooperative and compatible co- worker for our growth and favorable working environment.

Firstly, cooperation is required to carry out duties as a team member or as an individual. If an individual is working independently he must able to cooperate with all other individuals that are sharing the same profile in order to maintain healthy competition and smooth transaction of task. If an individual is working in a team, cooperative attitude takes utmost priority. Numbers of people put in their efforts, energy, authorities and knowledge to attain single goal. Herein one need to be cooperative and receptive towards every team players contribution. It will also allow them to enhance their knowledge. Flexibility, adapting and adopting technique will produce beneficial results for all employees.

Secondly, Compatibility in professional field do not come naturally, it is required to be developed. Compatibility in works is unlike personal relations wherein emotions are involved. Here compatibility is required to burn the hindrances in our growth path. However, compatibility skill help worker to adapt in any office environment and adjust with any set of co - workers. It allows employee to maintain the healthy and positive environment while working with them. In a scenario, wherein you are not having vigorous relation with your subordinates, working with them becomes challenging job. Adding to it, gradually it would take the shape of rivalry war due to which employee might conclude to leave the job. Therefore, it is essential to maintain healthy relation with your co - worker to avoid conflict and frustration at work place.

Any working professional spend more time with their office mates during week days then family members. Co -workers are unavoidable and they are imperative for our growth. Besides that, every worker is company's asset alike you, therefore it is essential to make oneself cooperative and compatible with our co -workers in order to work pleasurably.

It is generally agreed that society benefits from the work of its members. Compare the contribution of artists to society with the contribution of scientists to society. Which type of contribution do you think is valued more by your society? Give specific reasons to support your answer.

Those who are using the best artistic creations and advance scientific luxuries are the people who are living in the developed society. In this context, some people advocate that artists have made better contribution in the society's development. So other advocates that it is science that is responsible for today's cozy life. However, artist and scientist both has their distinct set of involvement in the process of society's development. In my opinion, science has gathered imperative information faster than any other sector in order to develop the world.

Firstly, if we turn the pages of history, it will be quit conspicuous that sciences' efforts to make this world better place has provided us comparably better world. Today we have better medicines and treatments available for lethal disease than ever before. We have awareness about the planets around earth, which was not known by infinite number of people previously. We have better technologies and instruments to carry out our day to day to technical tasks. On the other hand, artist has framed their imaginative images and hypothetical thoughts for society that has not effected large number of people. But it is not deniable that entertainment industry is phenomenally accelerated with the advancement of world and provided better ways of entertainment to the citizens. But this entertainment cost people lot of money but scientific inventions unlike artist's task has made people more aware as well as offered better life.

Secondly, Science contribution is not limited till series of inventions and discoveries for human society, it has also impacted the economic status of people. While contributing in the development of society science has also provided employment and financial advancement to the people. On the flip side, art has attracted many people to consider it more as hobby then profession due to limited assurance of financial stability. Current society has been more inclined towards science then arts.

Contemporary society is indeed effort of human's team work. In this team work science has worked toward improving the most sensitive and essential aspect of human lives then secondary needs. Therefore, science is way more rewarding than any other contributors in progression of society.

Working professional desires best rewards form their job and money earns the major consideration of them. Certainly, monetary gain is the top most requirement of professionals. However, there are other set of professionals who also wish to have promotions and healthy office environment with money. In my opinion, money satisfy a working person more than any other reward. My reasons regarding my opinion are elucidated below.

Firstly, every facilities and luxury can be brought by spending money and that money has to be earned through our business or job. In contemporary world, broad range of options are available for everything - food to tour. To providing better life to the family and themselves workers has to seek financial perk. It also motivates employee to contribute their best for themselves and companies prosperity. For an instance - In United State of America - many company offer salary plus bonus, which is a bilateral benefit. It allow company to hire competitive and skilled candidate in their budget as well as fulfill the need of candidate who is seeking high salary job. Adding to that, bonus is granted to employees at the end of the financial year as per the company's annual profit due to which it does not disturb or effect company's financial soundness. On the other hand, employee can save or make appropriate use of bonus amount. Monetary gains are necessary for advancement.

Secondly, employees do not mind taking the same designation while changing the job, if they are getting better package. For an instance - one of my friends who was working as a Test Engineer has recently accepted a job offer at Infosys Private limited as a Test Engineer because they offered her attractive package plus company's share benefits. Adding to it, today people are more bothered and keen on making more money than having better work environment, skilled - team members or promotions. Moreover, it is quite rational to do so, as currently every company is appointing candidate who can be co -operate with the team, possess good communication and profile relevant skills. Therefore, it is not challenging task to adopt in new working culture and adapt in any environment.

All - embracing explanation mention above propel me to conclude that it is pragmatic to consider money a major source of satisfaction while searching for a job.
