Miss Zhao impressed me among all the teachers during these years. One month later after her joined our group, she showed her talent in a teachers art performance. In my opinion, she might capture our initial impressions of polite, kind, and compassionate and she received the top respect from students in the investigation of "who is your favorite teacher" in the coming years. Different from other traditional Chinese teachers, she acted as friends of students, and was loved and respected the most by them.

As a music teacher, with her professional technique, she performed many times and trained the students for numerous performances to win the award for our school. To my surprise, she has not only strong intelligence in music, but also abilities in other ways. Outstanding skills in sentence structure procured her to be correspondent and to do presentation represented the school. As I know, she wrote writing thesis about teaching strategies and psychological research.

She is always particularly sensitive to students needs and appreciative of their potential and advantages intensively, and patience is necessary to perceive students deal with their disadvantages appropriately .How luckily the students are!

As a teacher in Department of Art, Ludong University, a leading teacher-training university in China, I am very pleased to take this opportunity to recommend one of my favorite students to your MED program.

As her teacher in specialized courses, actually my first contact with Xin was more
than a decade years ago, when I was invited to accompany for the Chorus, during the days, she presented an intelligent girl.

When her sophomore year of university, despite I was not her teacher at that time, she came to me to ask for learning composition and harmonics. After I refused her one time, she did not give up but requested for an entrance exam to get the chance of being my student. Being a student, she was seriously studying and practicing, in spite of I was well known for rigor. As a matter of fact, I am clearly understand no one could put up with it, except the little girl who was always having classes and practicing alone in my garage where there are some broken bikes and two pianos from 12.00p.m. to 22.00p.m. twice a week. Particularly impressed me is one day it was a heavy snow, she came to have classes lonely, what made me firmly believe that she was a girl who was worth training well.

In the next time, as time permitted, when I went to other places to have academic exchanges, she usually went along with us to work as an assistant. Through her contributions, the promising young girl helped not only herself, but also others around her.

Recently the Institute of Population and Labor Economics at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences figures show an alarming 12 percentage decrease in the demand of primary teachers in the next ten years because of predicted decline in the total students. These figures are just one more factor that makes me have a sense of unemployment crisis, and then motivates me to study further at Master level in this field in order to help combat this serious problem.

At present, China's education ministry emphasizes the correlation between creative education and foundation education. However, most of teachers have been utilizing in typical traditional mode of teaching that is indoctrination education for several years, which makes me realize that it is hardly to meet the multiple demands for education of children with this way. In addition, out of my expectation, the current position is not eligible to offer me better training opportunities and further education skills which can satisfy my academic pursuits and vocational development in the coming years.

These years, I have gradually begun to focus on students' psychological process from their language, facial expression and daily behaviors that are beneficial to deal with problem behaviors effectively, which is my personal interest. However, due to lack of a solid set of modern education knowledge and skills, I am deeply aware that I cannot develop my interest adequately.

By reading the program website, courses of Psychology of Learning and Teaching as well as the Psychology of Learning problems are the best for a positive teaching effect, including sufficiently catching students' attention, motivating their initiative and helping them to keep their interests. When it comes to communication effectively with appropriate volume and expression with students and their parents, courses of Language Arts in Elementary School and Information and Communication Technologies for Teaching and Learning are necessary to resolve these problems.

As Confucius once said, "Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life." To take full advantage of my teaching skills, I have entered the service in Huang Wu Primary School since 2007. In daily work, I often participate in kinds of programs such as lesson observation, evaluation and seminar. In addition, I have published some articles like 'Thinking in Singing' and 'The Thechorus Training in Primary School' in the 'Zhi Fu Education Journal'. Therefore, they give me an opportunity to know more about myself and about what life means to me. My education experience makes me prepare for studying in University of Windsor. During my four academic years in the Lu Dong University, I majored in education of music. At this highly respected higher-learning of teacher education institute, I received scholarship for my distinguished academic performance. Moreover, it is necessary for self-learners to read more books of multiple aspects, and I read plentiful professional books in music and psychology, which benefits the mastery of professional theory and knowledge. Taking 'Battle Hymn Of The Tiger Mother' and 'The Little Girl At The Window' as examples, I could learn the different teaching ways between Asian country and Western country, which makes me understand the field of education deeply. As a student who majored in music, I took part in the work of organization of some concerts and acted the member of organizing committee of international chorus festival. Furthermore, communicating successfully with a sponsor for our school DV play was good for my communication skills. Fortunately, worked as a broadcaster and a reporter, the ability of acquiring and editing information had been improved completely.

In view of following qualifications that I have acquired, I believe that I will acquit myself satisfactorily in the prospective M.E.D program in education that I am currently endeavoring to apply for.
