Writing Feedback / It is important that children should study hard at school. But playing sport is also necessary. [3]

In recent years, there have been growing concerns about the amount of studied time at school for children. This has led to the question whether students should spend more time on participating in sport or they just concentrate on learning. This essay will discuss some controversies over this matter and present my opinions.

From one side, proponents of this trend believe that children should focus on only their studying instead of playing sport. The first thing for this is that the contents in examinations at school or international exams are different from the program which students have got at their processes. This means that they have to try their best to do very well to pace up with others. In addition, there are a lot of students who do not want to entertain by take part in sport and if they have more free time, they will do other activities such as listening to music, surfing the Internet or hanging out with their friends. This is because joining many kinds of sport makes them feel exhausted and actually, they must spend time on taking breaks. This phenomenon wastes double the time of children.

From the other side, opponents of this view claim that it is essential for students participate in outside activities like sport after school. First of all, these types of sport can raise the health and dynamic of children. For instance, after stressful working at school, they play badminton or football and they can promote their health with cram in arms or legs. As a result, they also achieve some interesting hobbies and forget something crazy at school. Moreover, when children take part in sporting, they will form mutual respect and learn about teamwork and co-operation. More specifically, students can improve their attitudes with others in any competition and win or lose with good race. Consequently, they comprehend many meaningful things from sport.

In conclusion, despite different opinions on this topic, I am likely to agree with the idea that students should get some kinds of sporting after school. Moreover, teachers also should establish abundant curriculum for children with a lot of sporting activities.

Writing Feedback / Many Vietnamese students are not good at the local history. What are the cause of this problem? [3]

One of the current issues that many people of today's society are very concerned about is a significant increase in the number of Vietnamese students that lack of history knowledge about their country. People believe that this trend results from the backward studying curriculum of Vietnam. This essay will discuss the causes and solutions of the problem mentioned above.

Several causes have contributed to insufficient history education in Vietnam. The first major cause is that schedule of this subject are quite short. As we can see, students just get one to two historical lessons every week so both the apprehension and transmission are not enough time. In addition, they do not have chances to participate some theory activities belong to history. Another main reason is that teaching program looks boring. For instance, at the class, the teachers write lessons on the board and explain something, after that, students write into their notebooks only. Therefore, there have been limits about interaction between teachers and learners. This means that it is vital to study through books.

Some measures have been suggested to improve this problem. First of all, teachers have to be learned a lot of new methods in teaching because when teachers have good methods, of course their students can understand easily. Teachers also should invest more fantastic materials for their plans such as pictures, short dramas, and so on. As a result, children become more excited with that visual aids. Moreover, schools should organize many extra activities. For example, schools organize some theory journeys, let students visit museums and ask them to write reports or create a presentation about something they learn after the trip. Hence, students can grasp their lesson and they remember contents for a long time.

In short, many Vietnamese students are not good at the local history which could be provoked by a number of different reasons. It is essential that we take immediate solutions to deal with its impacts, otherwise the situation can get worse and this issue can no longer be reversed. In other to solve this problem, the government should make a concerted effort to improve the historical education in Vietnam.
