'the admission office haven't contact me yet' - letter to admission director

This is short email I write for admission office. I might have some grammar and style errors. Please edit for me...

I am writing this email in regard to my application. I believe that you get a large volume of emails from applicants inquiring their admission status.

So, I am sorry if I bother you with this email. As some people already got their acceptance letters, I became a little nervous that the admission office haven't contact me yet. I really transfer to BU.So, please understand that I send the email about this. Did the admission committee reviewed my application? If not, how soon will can I get my admission decision?
