I wrote this letter in my first try at Erasmus Mundus scholarship. The program asked for on the letter:

Indicate reasons why you want to study in the WOP-P Programme. Which idea do you have of this master, and what do you expect from it? What are your professional or research projects? Why are you interested in our WOP-P Master's Programme?

Now I think I havent really answered the questions... Opinions? Suggestions?

Dear Sir or Madam,

The world is not becoming less connected; it is the contrary, and the WOP-P offers a unique and interesting
opportunity: becoming part of organizations in a globalized context. The organizational field is a significant
interest of mine, alongside culture and globalization. The Master's program in Work, Organizational, and
Personnel Psychology aligns perfectly with what I have been seeking as a Bachelor in Psychology.
Although my field of study was in clinical psychology, I became interested in having practical experience in
other areas of psychology through internships, such as: organizational, educational, and social. My initial
professional experience was through a paid internship in organizational psychology, where I dedicated a
significant amount of my undergraduate years. In this role, I was responsible for various administrative tasks,
which taught me the importance of discipline, leadership, and professional ethics.
I believe that this master's program can help me achieve an important goal of mine, becoming a global citizen
capable of creating changes and opportunities. The professional I aspire to be works in organizations,
making these environments better for employees and promoting the company's growth supported by a
humanized lens through psychology. I firmly believe this is a crucial element for companies to grow, and for
their employees to feel part of this growth. Considering these topics that concern me the most, I believe that
Professor Susana da Silva Pereira from the University of Coimbra would be an excellent supervisor for my
thesis. Her brilliant work is also focused on decent work and the common good of the company and
workers.
I am aware that WOP-P also provides opportunities for a research career, which aligns with my profile. I
am very interested in producing scientific content and would like to continue generating knowledge. I
actively participated in congresses during my undergraduate studies and have been producing articles in the
fields of mental health, contemporaneity, and globalization.
The courses in Organizational and Personnel Psychology pique my curiosity. I am impressed by all the
partner universities, especially at the historic University of Bologna. Additionally, I had an academic
exchange in Portugal for a semester, which is why I would like to return to the country for another cycle of
studies at the also historic University of Coimbra.
I would be delighted to participate in the Winter School for intensive learning. It presents a valuable,
challenging opportunity to deepen my knowledge in professional intervention and connect with students from
diverse cultural backgrounds.
Despite not coming from a wealthy family and facing financial difficulties, I have always used these obstacles
as motivation to strive for more in my life. I graduated through a national scholarship and a lot of hard work.
I am also self-taught in English and eager to learn more languages. Securing the scholarship and financial aid
would put me in the direction I want to be. My application represents my greatest attempt at creating an
opportunity for myself, I would like to use it to contribute to organizations and societies in the future. I aim to
keep engendering knowledge and opportunities to others through psychology. I believe these are valuable
attributes to all Consortium partner Universities, WOP-P creates the conscious leaders and professionals
prepared for a constantly evolving world I want to become.

Thank you for considering my application.

The essay covers only the reasons you are interested in the program and the foundation of that interest (unnecessary information). There is no solid evidence of your participation in related fields.

For the idea behind your masters course, you should be discussing your possible thesis and why it relates to the offerings of this program. Relate it to a real situation in your country you hope to address. That should be a lengthy explanation.

I do not really see any explanation as to what you expect to learn from the course. It is not there. Not even a tinge. You need to get on track with the relationship between your academic expectations and the course curriculum. Discuss the related ones. I am worried because you were not able to present any related research, or professional interests of note. Mentioning the professor from the university does not count towards that discussion.
