Letter of complaint for the lost luggage in the airport
TOPIC: A letter of complaint: Lost luggage
Last week you travelled by air and the airline lost your luggage. Your luggage has not been found yet. Write a letter to the airline.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I took a flight from the Noi Bai International airport, Ha Noi to the Heathrow Airport, London on 1st March with your airlines. Unfortunately, I lost my luggage. I am writing to place a complaint against the carelessness of the staff with my lost luggage.
Could you take special care about finding my luggage? The luggage I lost is a blue leather luggage that is medium in size. It contains clothes, a macbook, a travel charger, some important papers and daily items inside.
My flight number was AB 123 and the seat number was 7F. The plane landed to the airport at 10:00 a.m. I realised the mistake when going out of the airport. Therefore, I need a staff's help. We have contacted with all passengers on this day and asked them to find my luggage. However, half a day had gone by did they not find it. I was deeply dissatisfied with the security of the airport.
I would highly appreciate if you could investigate the location of my luggage urgently. You can contact me on 08xxx to discuss this matter further. I am looking to hear your rely soon.
Yours faithfully,
Olwen.

Hi Olwen,
I think you should contact the baggage claim desk official personally (if possible) and and inform the staff about the situation. They will work on tracking your baggage if it was carried by the plane or not. Or a CCTV footage to locate it.
An email is good but not enough. You need to ask them personally. And if the baggage is not recoverable, start computing how much is the worth of the baggage and inside it. Request a payment.
Holt Educational Consultant - / 15388 Be careful with the way you spell. You did not properly capitalize the name of the laptop, MacBook. You wrote it as macbook, which shows that you are not familiar with the rules of proper noun usage. You will lose points for that. Additional points will be lost for your GRA mistake in the formation of the following sentence:
I am looking forward to hear your rely soon. (I am looking forward to hearing your reply soon.)
Writing a series of related words requires the use of the Oxford comma as this allows the reader to take pause while reading. It helps to create better cohesiveness and coherence in the essay. Most students forget about that importance so I feel that it is my duty to remind you about that.
