I choose Australia Awards Scholarship because I see there is a demanding need in my line of work as an ICT Help desk Team Leader in my organization. I am eager to expand my knowledge based in terms of User Experience professional.
I want to enhance my knowledge and skills in Master of Information Technology majoring in IT Management so after when I returned, I will be able to manage IT requests in terms of leading my team, managing service delivery operations and provide technical expertise and infrastructure properly in this higher learning institution, Divine Word University.
This course will significantly enhance my knowledge in Human-Centred Design of IT Systems which is an approach in developing interactive technology that is designed by working collaboratively with end users and organisations to understand their need and contexts, define the problem, develop technology ideas and prototypes , and evaluate them. Also, Advance Business Analysis focuses on building problem solving ability, analytical and communication skills, and technical capabilities are crucial for my development. I plan to apply the skills I learn to improve my job performance and lead projects more effectively. Additionally, I look forward to collaborating with peers, which will help me build a professional network to enhance my teamwork skills. Overall, this course is a vital step toward achieving my career goals and becoming a more competent User Experience Professional.
