My name is XXXX, and I am eager to apply for the Erasmus Mundus Master in Impact Entrepreneurship (EMMIE) program. My aspiration is to build a sustainable service company that connects young (country name) with global opportunities while enabling businesses to access diverse talent virtually. I believe EMMIE will provide the entrepreneurial knowledge and international exposure I need to transform this vision into a resilient workforce solution.

Customer service and client-facing roles are often underestimated, yet they remain at the core of tackling cultural gaps. While technology offers convenience, many people still seek the reassurance of connecting with an actual human. My role at AAA as an education consultant for high schools in the United States and United Kingdom taught me the importance of bridging cultural gaps between (country name) and international schools, while guiding families through life-changing educational decisions.

Subsequently, my positions at BBBB and CCC, where I managed high-volume international support for clients across diverse markets, sharpened my ability to communicate clearly under pressure, adapt to cultural nuances, and provide reassurance in moments of uncertainty. Combined with my AAA experience, these roles deepened my appreciation for the value of human interaction in building trust, whether in resolving customer concerns or helping students pursue global opportunities.

However, after ten months of employment, the AAA office was closed due to global restructuring. This experience exposed me to the challenges of unemployment and job scarcity, a reality faced by many in (country name), where the job market is becoming increasingly competitive and uncertain. This turning point opened my eyes to the sensitivity of employment conditions and inspired my vision to create sustainable solutions that connect youth with international opportunities while enabling businesses to access diverse talent.

My mission directly supports the UN Sustainable Development Goals: SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 4 (Quality Education), and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities). I believe the EMMIE program offers the ideal curriculum to achieve my aspirations. At the University of Zagreb, I will strengthen managerial foundations in marketing and finance. At Vilnius University, I will focus on innovation and sustainability through courses such as Sustainable Strategies and New Business Models. Finally, at HEC Liège - ULiège, I look forward to advancing my studies in impactful entrepreneurship and learning to transform ideas into ventures that create meaningful social and economic value.

My motivation is rooted in a genuine drive to address high youth unemployment and the challenges posed by an aging workforce. I am eager to both benefit from and contribute to the EMMIE program, with a clear vision of pioneering a sustainable service company that goes beyond providing services to building a resilient and inclusive workforce.

The letter feels like it has room for improvement. While I liked how you discussed your background and experience in the earlier part of the essay, I do not think it will be enough to convince the reviewers to give your application a chance as yet. There is a disconnection between your experiences and the universities you have chosen to study at. I know that the reviewers will better appreciate your presentation if you can somehow create a connection between each university, what you will be studying there, and how it addresses a specific problem, or will allow you to improve a specific weak point/s within your current field. It isn't enough to simply say that you will address the SDG programs, how the study path will help you do that is also important. I believe that you need to better connect the academic and professional expectations in your motivational letter to create several stronger motivational discussion points for the reviewers consideration. This is a good presentation but, it can be better. Let's aim for the best possible presentation to get you the best possible admission chance.
