Letter of Motivation

I could not have seen myself applying to a master's program 5 years ago because I always struggled with my academic career. However, the decision to get admitted to the BS Computer Science program has drastically changed the course of my academics at the Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering, and Management Sciences (BUITEMS) now I am working in Cloud Data LLC as a Web Developer.

The undergraduate curriculum in Computer Science at BUITEMS, Quetta introduced me to a wide variety of engineering subjects. Various courses like Artificial Intelligence (Robotics), Programming Languages, Software Engineering, System Programming, Micro Processor, Interfacing & Assembly, Algorithm Analysis and Design, Network and System Security, Digital system, Algorithm Analysis, and Design, provided me with a strong footing in the theoretical concept of Computer Science.

Whilst my undergraduate studies, I used to help my colleagues with the course studies related to AI. This has helped me understand subjects better and gave me the sense to expand my awareness of others. Voluntarily I reached out to several local companies and worked twice as an intern to improve my programming skills and gain some experience in professional environments.

I am much anxious to know about new technology. When I first encountered the concept of AI it was captivating, and I started to explore the different approaches even before the course study at my university began. Besides my curiosity, a master's program in Artificial Intelligence is also important for my professional goals i.e., lecturer and researcher. So, I can realize that learning and developing my knowledge of Computer Science. I will have a great contribution to society since our country begins to transfer from a manual system to computerize one.

I am enthusiastic to attend an M.Sc. Artificial Intelligence at FAU to get a deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence Concepts. This course would be a luxury to help me secure my dream job as an AI analyst or in a similar domain. I believe that we should be able to enjoy what we do for a living, when I first studied this course in my bachelor's program I relished it, it kept me motivated and that is when I decided to pursue my studies in the field.

Studying in Germany is an ideal choice for many reasons first, it is a diverse, multicultural nation with lots of fun experiences for foreign students, we can also mention that Germany is one of the most modern and safe countries with a low living cost, in addition to its strategic location. Finally, is one of the main reasons, universities in Germany offer high-quality education, and German degrees are internationally recognized.

The first 2 paragraphs of this essay do not relate to the motivational aspect of the letter so these can be totally deleted without worry. What I would like to see is the further development of the last 3 paragraphs into a proper motivation letter that focuses on the connection between the current employment of the applicant, his goals in relation to his advanced study need, and how these all relate to a future career plan that will see the execution of all he has learned in Germany within his workplace. He nas to convince me, as the reviewer, that he is not only qualified to attend the program, but that his line of learning will actually have a place in his career. How will it help advance the field of computer science in his home country? How is he motivated to apply his studies based on the current state of cloud computing in his country? These are but a few of the questions that should help strengthen his motivation to study in Germany. The reason to study in Germany is not as well developed as it should be. It is a general explanation that could apply to any country in the world. These reasons are publicly known and do not really impress the reviewer due to the lack of personal interest in the country on the part of the candidate.
