I have written this letter to inform you that I have an opportunity to further my studies while traveling overseas. Therefore I am formally announcing my resignation from SM Camaraza Enterprises Inc, starting today; my last day will be May 24. I truly appreciate the opportunities that have been provided for me during my employment in this company, and please let me know if there is anything I can do to be of assistance.

Always write down short and powerful sentences. start this way
"It is to inform you that I got an opportunity of higher studies abroad. I am highly interested to avail it."
After that say good words about your existing job and organization and then submit your resignation (unwillingness)

Grisbel, what is your intended outcome? That is always the question to ask. With anything you do, ask yourself what you want to cause. This is already well written, so if you want to improve it you have to go back to your purpose. Add a sentence that will get your desired result.
