Please help me to provide feedback for the essay:

What is the benefit of becoming a GOI-IES Scholar, to yourself (personally and professionally), to Ireland, and to your country of origin?

Despite Vietnam's growing appeal for foreign investment in green real estate, concerns regarding financial fraud and corporate power persist, highlighting the necessity for strategic financing and robust risk management. The GOI-IES scholarship, in Ireland-a leader in sustainable development and technological innovation-will empower me to become a catalyst for change in Green Finance and Sustainable Investment.

The Irish education system's emphasis on critical thinking and problem-solving would complement and broaden the foundational knowledge I've gained through Vietnam's rigorous educational standards. This progressive approach will unlock my innovative potential, enabling me to develop impactful solutions.in the evolving market. Ireland's reputation for continuously deploying new technology provides a valuable foundation for aspiring investment consultants in sustainable real estate development. By studying there, I can gain expertise in breakthrough technologies transforming the global property sector, such as blockchain in land registry and smart contract for enhancing transparency, AI in smart building for improving efficiency, and advanced data analytics for better risk management. These tools will directly address the financial fraud and corporate governance issues stemming from unreliable property information in Vietnam. As the sector digitalizes and prioritizes sustainability, my ability to bridge traditional practices with emerging technologies will be invaluable. An Irish education will be key to driving innovation in sustainable real estate, implementing data-driven strategies, and pursuing an international career.

As a GOI-IES Scholar, my research background in Vietnam, particularly in emerging market investment risks, will be a valuable asset to Dublin City University (DCU) and the broader Irish academic community. I will contribute significantly to the realization of DCU Strategy 2023-2028, elevating DCU's research profile in Europe while enhancing its scholarly and public communication. My specialized knowledge and research focus align perfectly with the mission of DCU's Anti-corruption Research Centre (ARC), enabling me to produce impactful research on transparency in corporate governance and business ethics. For example, my work could inform policy recommendations for sustainable investment in Ireland's rapidly growing real estate sector, potentially attracting a quantifiable increase in foreign direct investment. Furthermore, my experience in presenting complex financial data to diverse audiences will enable me to effectively communicate research findings through public workshopsand accessible publications, thereby supporting DCU's strategic outreach goals. Furthermore, I will facilitate institutional partnerships between DCU and Vietnamese universities through collaborative research and workshops on the Irish educational experience, enriching Ireland's academic ecosystem and reinforcing its reputation as a welcoming hub for international talent.

After graduating, I will bridge Vietnamese and European investment sectors, particularly in green real estate. For fraud prevention to create a trusted real estate environment and support SDG 8.2 efforts in Vietnam, I, a JLL senior researcher, propose transforming my previously built ArcGIS (a spatial data management and analysis platform) into a publicly accessible platform incorporating blockchain transactions and open data initiatives. This platform will provide comprehensive tracking of property performance, financial information, and ESG metrics. To do so, I need expertise in digital market trend analysis and data integrity, insights from innovative systems like Ireland's blockchain-based land registry and technologies in improving real estate transparency, and networks with GOI-IES sustainability leaders and Irish practitioners. This exchange will allow me to build beneficial relationships between international and Vietnamese businesses, aiding long-term investment planning for local enterprises. My Irish experience will also inspire more fellow young Vietnamese professionals, potentially sparking a wave of sustainable practices in Vietnam.

When you are asked to discuss how Ireland will contribute to your professional growth, you should address how you will use the knowledge in your profession, rather than discuss the academic aspect of the situation. Consider this essay the equivalent of your plans after completing the course discussion. Consider discussing your networking exposure in a professional capacity in Ireland. In exchange, you will share your Vietnamese network with the Irish and other nationality students enrolled in the program. How will this network grow your professional capacity?

On the personal aspect, would you consider being a green investor in Ireland or encouraging family members to invest in Ireland? Why? How would you go about doing that?
