Leaders or Influencers are those who has a strong integrity in motivating and influencing others and do it consistently for a good outcomes.
Firstly, Leadership skill. When I was in college, a place where I started my leadership skill. Surpassing thousands students I ever been elected to become Vice President of Student Association of Universitas Klabat, Indonesia. I have been taken advantages and learned lots of skills from this position. Approaching and communicating were the most important factors that made possible for me to succeed in such a challenging task. Simply example, one of my program was provide weekend events on Saturday night, this program aimed to maintain student's spirit during their study (can not be denied, tired of study mostly be perceived for all students). However, the challenge was the program not only for entertaining, also must be containing an educative and motivated aspects. Thus, was by approaching and communicating to random students or brought few students in small group discussion to dug up what their needs. Therefore, I could provided various program for every week. One of the most adorable program was "Teachers Talent", liaised with several teachers we interspersed the talent showed with interviewed the teachers about their journey mostly in education history. The result was incredible, the students were entertained and were motivated their spirits in completion their study.
Secondly, Influencing skill. Which is a higher-level skill, It affected to someone behavioral aspect. I have been working for five years as a clinical nurse at Freeport Indonesia Company Hospital. In my two years of working, I already appointed as Infection Prevention and Control Nurse Link (IPCN-Link). Most importantly in my job as IPCN-Link is to influence the nurses implementing infection control program such as hand washing. The aim of this program is to keeping safe the health care provider from any source of infections by break up the infection chains. In influencing the nurses to running this program, I do hand washing campaign in before and after the shift. "Simply action is powerful rather than just speak" my thought. And this action give out a satisfy outcome, which the nurses take a first place in doing hand washing than doctors and other health care services in infection control monthly meeting.
I am confident that I have the characteristic and capable for a future leader. Hence, the opportunity to be a Chevening awardee will help to enhance my leadership skill in gain advanced training by study in UK.

in the second paragraph, repetition of leadership should be avoided. In addition to that I sincerely dont think you have done justice to the prompt. In fact you have not demonstrated any leadership skill . It would be better if you develop your point more around the teachers talent program and how you lead your colleagues,attend to their needs and improve their lives.
your third paragraph had a lot of potential to be a hit. However u need to focus more on the problems, your influence and the results .
