here is my draft. its just 700 words, so feel free to add anything or suggest anything. Thanks in advance.

Sustainable Community Development importance

Before we start to discuss the significance of sustainable community development, we need to figure out what is meant by sustainable community development first. Sustainable community development is the organizing principle for meeting human development goals while at the same time sustaining the ability of natural systems to provide the natural resources and ecosystem service upon which the economy and society depends. A sustainable community uses its resources as to meet current needs while ensuring that adequate resources are available for future generations. Sustainable community development is the ability to make development choices which respect the relationship between the three "E" - economy, ecology and equality. The base and universal significance of sustainable community development is that it seeks a better quality of life for all its residents while maintaining nature's ability to function over time by minimizing waste, preventing pollution and promoting consciousness. A concept emerged in the 80's as a solution to the problem of meeting the needs (social and economic) of the rapidly growing population of any resident while preserving the environment's ability to support it: Sustainable Community Development has its own set of invaluable importance. Apart from the self-evident importance i.e. meeting the social and economic needs whilst keeping the maintaining the nature's ability to function over time, Sustainable community development is considered as a local economic change which contributes to global environment sustainability. It also ensures that adequate resources are available for future generations to use.

Sustainability implies to the use of energy and materials in an urban area be in harmony with what the environment within that area can supply continuously through natural processes. Sustainable community development focuses on redesigned and improved infrastructures. Knowledge based services, environment technologies and improved management and use of natural resources to create potential significant employment opportunities for the residents residing in the community. Employment opportunities consistent with more suitable patters of development exist in many economic sectors. Some of the promising employment opportunities includes: upgrading the efficiency of energy use of buildings, products and transportation systems, Sustainable tourism activities centered around areas of environmental, cultural, and historical significance, Recycling and re-using of solid and hazardous waste into marketable products, Designing energy-efficient and people friendly cities and many more. Hence it is clear that, this concept serves as a medium for decentralizing and localizing economic production and commerce and thus preserving the social surplus of the local economy for the community's self-sufficiency and self-enhancement.Sustainable development involves the reduction of geographic scope - It focuses on locality. Its main focus lies on the importance of striking balance between environmental concerns and development objectives while simultaneously enhancing local social relationships. With the reduction of scope, it forms the bigger and much better picture. Sustainable community development contributes to welfare of the global environmental sustainability. Sustainable development favors increased local control over development decisions, and such "bottom up" development strategies would require devolution of decision-making authority to the local level which in turn will impact the global level thus enhancing Overall Sustainable Development.

This concept not only thinks about the present but also about the future generation. It's the ability of a community to utilize its natural, human and technological resources to ensure that all the present residents can attain a high degree of health and well-being, economic security while ensuring that adequate resources are available for future generations. It seeks a better quality of life for all the people living in the community while maintaining nature's ability to function by minimizing waste, preventing pollution, promoting efficiency and development hence creating an environment not only sustaining for the present members but for the future generation as well. In short, as Kline states: It's a way of living a better life in the present as well as shaping one's future while maintaining the integrity of the ecological systems on which all life and production depend upon. In conclusion the emphasis of importance on sustainable community commits to social justice. Sustainable communities provide for the housing and all basic living needs to all the residents and it is done so by eradicating any kind of class or race-based spatial separation of households and neighborhoods whilst keeping the integrity of the environment intact. Perhaps the most important, it aims to provide sustainable communities that strive to create an empowered citizenry that can effectively participate in the decision making process involving a better life for themselves in the present and in the future. All in all it is a complex connection not only among human beings and their homeland but also between the human economy and nature, between forest and field. It creates a coherent bond between man and every other entity found in its environment working together to enhance one another.

Shamsher, it seems that you have mistaken the concept of the essay for a research paper. There was no need for you to define "Sustainable community development" because the reviewer already knows about that. You then preceded to explain the background of the term and the possible concept attached to it. While I admire you for wanting to explain these things to the reviewer, what you did or what you created was not a response to the prompt but a very well crafted explanatory essay. If the prompt is correct and you were supposed to write about the importance of sustainable community development, then you should have done a present and forward thinking essay regarding how this concept is being applied at present and how it can be applied in the future. By explaining the present and future applications, you would be able to properly explain the importance of sustainable community development to the evolution of human society and communities. My opinion is that you should draft a new essay. There is nothing in this current essay that you can use because, like I said, it is nothing more than an explanation of the term. What the reviewer needs from you is a personal definition and explanation of the concept rather than the textbook definition and discussion.

I think many ideas in your essay are good and it contains a bunch of good words.
But you should not open your essay by "we" or "I" cuz they make your essay become personal and the first sentence of the introduction is very popular, I think you should change it.

Plus, I suggest you write your essay including topic sentences. For instance, in body part, you can write the first importance in a paragraph, the second importance in the next paragraph to make those clearer.
