Maybe it goes like this: Every time you meet someone you exchange a few words with them and from then on you decide whether you want to become acquainted with them or not. Regardless of the decision, you leave that person with a piece of whom you'd portrayed to be; Then that person will meet other people in the future with whom again, will have a conversation with, this time leaving a piece of you and a little taste of all the people they have met as well. Through your life all relationships you build are solely based on who you are and who you've met. So is it that you have a soul mate or that your soul mate is just you being reflected on someone else?
In this case Boston being the person I met, the person I interweaved myself with, and it is Boston University who is left with who I am, and who El Paso is, and how everyone and everywhere I've been to has shaped my persona. So is it that Boston university is my perfect school, or is it Boston University is who I am reflected upon a school?
Having the simple pleasure of meeting someone in which this metaphor refers to me attending BU is my longing to grow as a person, let alone scholar.
