Chinese kungfu!

To be a Chinese kungfu expert is every Chinese' wonderful dream...ok, actually, it's only for children. Because after you know how hard wushu training will be, how hard to found a good shifu and make shifu accept you, you will never want to be a hero like Bruce Lee or Jacky Chen unless you can make a life-threatening decision to live your life for wushu. So I just went to study taekwondo. Although it's a more popular and easier martial art, I learned much from it.

In the summer holiday of 2008, I stared to study taekwondo in a training center named Jiaxing Jidu Fitness Club. It's not as interesting as I ever thought. On the contrary, it's hard.

Coach Jin was very strict; he used to keep us holding a difficult movement for long time such as lie on the floor and keep your leg extended straightly with 30°incline to the air for 2 minute or keep doing turning kick 60 times. But we all know he is a good coach, not only his hard but necessary training, but the indomitable spirit of taekwondo he taught us.

It was the hottest time in summer with 38℃ and no air-condition. Every time after class, our long sleeve uniforms all seems just over washing.

May be some time went to training center was quite a trial to me, but nobody gave up, how could I? I just insisted and gradually knew-that was the price I must pay for success. So I persevered in Coach Jin's training everyday, no absenteeism; finally, I past the exam.

But the exam wasn't the most important. As the spirit of taekwondo, from the insisting, I learned courage and perseverance; from Coach Jin's coaching and senior apprentices' help, I learned courtesy, humility and respect; from the hard training, I learned there is no easy art in the world; every art needs hard working and serious attitude.

My essay to UIUC.Please leave your suggestion.Thank you!

Here again, your basic grammar is very weak. Your writing style is equivalent to that of a rambling child, which can in part be attributed to the informality that is very evident in your essay.
