If you had the opportunity to spend one day in New York City with a famous New Yorker, who would it be and what would you do? (Your New Yorker can be anyone - past or present, fictional or non-fictional - who is generally associated with New York City; they do not necessarily have to have been born and raised in New York City.
Nothing would be more pleasant than spending one day in New York City with a passionate, enthusiastic and resilient man like Donald Trump. I admire how he turns failure to success. Over viewing Manhattan from the top of the Trump world tower and listening to his story would be very intriguing. After having a walk in Central Park, Later I would challenge him in a game of Golf where he could tell me more about his experience. Finally, I would ask him where he got the insight of his words: "In the end, you're measured not by how much you undertake but by what you finally accomplish".
Please tell us what led you to select your anticipated academic program and/or NYU school/college, and what interests you most about your intended discipline.
I am a person who finds satisfaction in helping others and seeing how people live in Yemen makes me even more determined to make a change in their lives. Therefore, I decided to pursue economics as a major. In Yemen half of the people live below poverty line, unemployment is very high, and corruption is widespread. My interest in economics grew out of concern for improving public policy. I am a problem solver who thinks from a wide perspective and always finds creative solutions to challenging Problems.
