In an essay of 300 words, or fewer (approximately 1950 characters with spaces), write about your goals for your time at Queen's University and beyond.

Throughout my life I have had a general idea of what I hope to achieve in university. While studying at Queen's University, I hope to learn, live, and grow as a student. I know that with an education from Queen's, I will be able to pursue my future ambitions with strength, creativity and efficiency. Success can be found in many forms - money, happiness, health, etc. - and I am certain Queen's can help me reach all levels of success.

Queen's University is well-known for their outstanding education and I hope to learn as much as possible. As I begin my future, I will start a more independent lifestyle; the newly-found freedom to live on my own. With the combination of a superior learning experience and living in residence, I am certain that I will mature intellectually and mentally. This will push my boundaries and take me out of my comfort zone so that I will be able to try new things and experience a one-of-a-kind opportunity at Queen's.

After completing my undergraduate and graduate degrees at Queen's University, I plan to pursue a career in law because human rights and corporate law interest me. I have always been inspired by those who selflessly help others in the global community. On the other hand, business has also interested me as well due to the variety of categories in this career path - from creative marketing to statistical analysis, the possibilities are endless. An education at Queen's would allow me to explore my diverse interests and solidify a career path for myself.

I have many aspirations and goals to achieve in the future. I believe Queen's will be able to prepare me for my future. Moreover, I believe that Queen's University will help me find the right career path for myself.

Whenever you are asked to discuss your time at a particular program and beyond, you should always try to include a unique aspect of that program that will serve you well beyond your time there. For example, you stated that you want to study law. Talk about a specific resource at Queens that you would be able to utilize dealing with Law that you will be able to utilize throughout your legal career. - Admissions Advice Online
