Do I have to take MCAT for Pharmacy ?
I believe the subject describes itself :)
I don't know, but here is a faq

Your best bet would be to go the web site of the university you are planning to apply to, and find the page for the department that runs the program you are applying to. From there, you should be able to find a detailed list of what you need to include in your application.
Universities have different requirements you should check the universities websites, or talk to your guidance counsellor they can be a great resource for finding information out like that for you
Each university has its own requirement
But if you are confident why not trying?
Pharmacy has something called the PCAT exam.
