Some people don't believe luck for their success. They believe in their hard work, not in luck. They don't think Luck can turn around and make things happen. I, personally think you need both, a little bit of luck and a lot of hard work can achieve your goals.

Hard work contains determination, devotion and commitment to stay focus on your success. Success never comes easily and right away. It takes times, works and consistent. Sometime hard work really paid off like losing weight. If I want to lose weight I have to work on it. I have to determine and commit to myself .I have to go to gym every day for work out and watch on my eating habit. In this case, luck couldn't do anything but hard work achieve my goal. I believe a lot of hard work can achieve goals.

Sometime hard work can't do anything by itself. For example, I go for a job interview. I can performance very well during interview time but when the recruiter makes a decision. I have to depend on my luck. Although I did well at my interview and I knew that another candidate wasn't qualified for company's request. But when the decision came back and they hired the person who isn't qualified but got the job. At that point, would I blame on my hard work

Sometime life is simple but mystery in some way. Therefore, if I have a little bit of luck and a lot of hard work, it would help me to achieve my goal. I believe all these successful people sometime need a little bit of luck and a lot of hard work all the time.
